Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Include all original tags and labels
- Not be a custom-made or personalized item
Custom and Personalized Items
Custom-made and personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please review your order carefully before confirming, as custom items are non-refundable once production has begun.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Items returned without authorization may not be processed.

- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
